About Me

Success Case – 2021 to 2023

Lead Designer at IQVIA

As a Lead Designer of the FlowUX Team at IQVIA, a Fortune 500 company, I faced the challenge of creating UX/UI solutions for the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, working with companies like Novartis and Pfizer. I was also responsible for building and selecting the team of designers. I interviewed and hired the professionals who joined the team, ensuring that each member had the skills and vision necessary to uphold our high-quality standards.

From the beginning, I worked closely with developers to turn prototypes into final products, always ensuring that the final design was an exact 1:1 replica of the initial prototype. To overcome this challenge, I developed a comprehensive system in Figma that translated the complex React-based dashboard (built on Material UI) into a library of reusable components. This allowed designers who joined later to maintain design consistency by simply modifying variables like color and typography, without compromising the original dashboard structure. The impact was so significant that other teams within the company adopted this method, optimizing the workflow and improving efficiency in digital product development.
